The restaurant was built with the help of family, friends, and some very talented and hardworking contractors. CnD's Barbeque Grille was opened in December 2009 with an eagerness to enhance the diversity of restaurant food in Wakefield by introducing the flavors of Southern Cooking to the area. CnD's Barbeque Grille is located at 10 Vernon Wakefield, MA and was transformed from an empty room into a Barbeque Restaurant. The centerpiece of CnD's is the unique indoor 6ft charcoal grill which was designed by Dana and custom constructed by Holstein Manufacturing in Iowa. Dana's cooking at the restaurant is an extension of his cooking at home, just on a larger scale. All of the lunch combo's on the menu are named after family members, and the combo meals are named in honor of the contractors who helped build CnD's Barbeque Restaurant. The name CnD's comes from the initials of Charlotte, Nick, Dana and Stubbs the family dog. |
